Here are our basic list of rates. All payments are arranged through Paypal once terms are accepted. Upon review of our rates, please contact us with the information on your project here, and which services you are interested. We will discuss with you the project through email and arrange for a phone consultation as needed. Most projects require 50% advance payment to begin work, and the balance will be invoiced upon completion. Rates are subject to change at any time, so order soon!
Book file preparation on Createspace
Basic book layout preparation for Createspace publishing:
1 to 100 pages (up to 25,000 words): $200
200 pages (25,000-50,000 words): $250
300 pages (50,000 – 75,000 words): $300
Page counts above 300 are $25 per 100 pages (or every 25,000 words) in addition to the $300 base fee.
Book file preparation for Kindle
Basic book layout preparation for Kindle Direct Publishing (mobi file):
1 to 100 pages (up to 25,000 words): $75
200 pages (25,000-50,000 words): $150
300 pages (50,000 – 75,000 words): $225

Basic book layout preparation for Createspace and Kindle Direct publishing files:

Cover Designs
Cover design preparation can be very involved or simple, and may require individual consultation. Here are our basic fees:
Basic cover eBook design: Single image image, title, author name with a simple creative design: $50 (See example)

Basic cover design for paperback publishing (Createspace): Single image on front cover, author name, title and simple creative design. On back cover, author photo, another photo or stock graphic image with a book description: $100 Designs may include printing on the spine if the page count is above 101 pages per Createspace guidelines. Print book cover designs include our publishing logo on the lower left corner on the back page as shown in the example here, as well as allow required space for the bar-code that is inserted by Createspace upon publication on the lower right corner of the back page. Establishing new self-publishing accounts
When an author does not have an established Createspace account or eBook publishing account, we offer the service of establishing these initial account for them. This service requires a phone consultation through this process.
- Establishing Amazon KDP Account and uploading a single eBook: $75
- Establishing a Smashwords Account and uploading single eBook: $75
- Establishing both Amazon KDP & Smashwords accounts with a single eBook: $120
- Establishing a Createspace publishing account & setting up first book: $75
Complete Publishing Package Rates
Package A: Establishing publishing accounts for KDP & Createspace, along with files and basic cover design for a single book. $400 – $800 depending on the size of the manuscript. Comes with free feature promotion on our website & Facebook page once it is launched.
Package B: Establishing publishing accounts for KDP & Createspace, along with files and basic cover design for a single book. We will also set up your Amazon author profile and a Goodreads account profile for you we well in this package. $500 – $1000 depending on the size of the manuscript. Comes with free feature promotion on our website & Facebook page once it is launched.
Package C:Establishing publishing accounts for KDP, Smashwords & Createspace, along with files and basic cover design for a single book. We will also set up your Amazon author profile and a Goodreads account profile for you we well in this package. $600 – $1100 depending on the size of the manuscript. Comes with free feature promotion on our website & Facebook page once it is launched.
