Essentially nothing has changed in the books content, but new illustrations were added and improved hyper-links were included in this version.
The earlier version displayed the hyper-links, but they were not active. Now a person reading the book on their Kindle, iPad or iPhone can click on the link and immediately be taken to the referenced website, including this one that you are reading this blog on.
There were also a few new illustrations added to some of the chapters to give it more of a fluidity in terms of reading, and create more interest. The book continues to be a consistent seller on Amazon, and is the most informative book on Land Contracts available in eBook format.
I have also plans in the future to write an additional expanded edition on this subject, and perhaps other smaller editions for separate U.S. States where this form of transaction is popular. Land Contract Homes are a topic of great interest for those trying to become home owners over a rocky credit history. Many consumers in this age have weathered quite a storm that has left their personal financial picture on shaky ground. Understanding Land Contract Homes: In Pursuit of the American Dream is a book that helps people bridge the gap between their present condition, and home ownership.
It was initially released in December, and is fast approaching 1000 copies downloaded since its release. There is quite a profound interest in this topic, and many people are finding help within its pages.
